How the Marketplace Works

1. A home buyer or seller (or both) indicates they're ready to work with an agent and enter the Marketplace.
2. Local real estate agents are notified.
3. Agents view the consumer's profile (search features, prequalification status, target move date, etc.) but still remain anonymous. 
4. Interested agents submit a proposal to the consumer.
5. The home buyer or seller selects an agent and their account is transferred to the selected agent.

As part of an agent's proposal, an they can also make an offer.  Agents are not required to make an offer but if they do, it can be in any form (home warranty, use of a moving van, rebate on their commission, etc.) helping the home buyer or seller save money on their sale.
