Alderbrook Amenities

The Alderbrook neighborhood offers residents a variety of amenities. Long sidewalks are lit by throwback streetlamps from another era. Kids can play at the neighborhood recreation area and even smaller kids at the tot-lot. The community boasts a central clubhouse and Jr. Olympic swimming pool. Large woods circle Alderbrook and houses sit on long lawns dotted with shruberies and trees.

Schools in the area include Southwest Elementary, Middle, and High. High Point University is just minutes away. The city of High Point is located 20 minutes away and Greensboro just a 30 minute drive along I-40. The Piedmont Triad International Airport is 20 minutes away.
