Bartons Creek Bluffs is a quiet, secluded subdivision located just minutes from I-540 via Leesville Rd.  Once into the neighborhood, its second phase of the community, Bartons Creek Enclaves encompasses the interior streets of the development.    The development is larger than it seems, with 199 homes, yet there seems to be not very many homes upon first glance, a sign the developer took great care to leave ample trees and spacing in between homesites.   Most homes were built in the late 1999 or early 2000s time frame.

Lots are generous in size, ranging from 0.47 to 1.05 acres and every yard is wooded with nice sized back yards.   Houses are nicely kept and yards well manicured.  The homes range in size from 2800 to 3600 square feet, a few approach 4000 square feet.  Exteriors are brick, or a mix of brick, stone and fiber cement siding. 

Amenities include common areas and streetlights, there is an active HOA with modest annual dues.  Bartons Creek Bluffs is country living that is convenient to everything, including shopping, major interstates, RDU International Airport, RTP Business Park, and county parks.  Downtown Raleigh is 25 minutes, downtown Durham, 30 minutes by car.
