Bent Tree is an established, upscale North Raleigh community with all of the conveniences of tennis, a swimming pool and a clubhouse. It is located off Strickland Road, close to I-540 and the North Raleigh YMCA.  

BentTree consists of 177 homes on lots sized 0.57 to 0.89 acres. Wooded and shaded lots are the norm with older, larger trees on every homesite and common area.  Winding roads and rolling hills provide plenty of privacy for residents as well as a beautiful, park-like setting to walk, bike, or run.  

The average age of homes in BentTree is 1995.  Homes are on the larger side, bordering small estate-style homes 3400 to 4800 sq feet in size.  Prices range from the mid $500's to the upper $800s.

BentTree is served by public schools North Ridge Elementary, West Millbrook Middle, and Sanderson High School.  The community has two entrances, one on Falls of Neuse Rd and one on Strickland Rd, offering easy access to multiple shopping centers in North Raleigh within minutes.  RDU International Airport is 15 to 20 minutes drive via I-540, and downtown Raleigh approximately 25 minutes.
