There are single family homes and one court of TH's and duplex's. The neighborhood connects into Berkshire Downs, its "sister" community.
Amenities include sidewalks and a community park. The neighborhood is actually closer to Louisburg Road (Hwy 401) and is under 5 minutes to grocery shopping and other stores. I-440 is accessible via Hwy 401, about 15 minutes to the south. US Hwy 1 is under 10 minutes heading west on Perry Creek Road, making Triangle Town Center Mall reachable in just about 10 minutes.Downtown Raleigh via US 1 would be approximately 25 minutes; via 401S more like 20 minutes.
