There are several smaller developments within Cambridge Commons, including a range of homes from one-story ranch, to two story homes with garages. Prices start in the low $100,000s and go up to about $150,000. A pool and outdoor recreation area are located in the center of the development, making easy access for any of the homes.
While the neighborhood is tucked away from the bustling Harrisburg Road, it is still within minutes reach of several area amenities. A short drive up Interstate 485 is the vast shopping selection of the University area, including Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and dozens of restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual.
