Homes start at $350,000 for a nice, two-story home that’s about 4,000 square feet. The large neighborhood was built in the late 1980s and features quiet, tree-lined streets away from the normal hustle and bustle of the South Charlotte area. There are many different unique home designs including classic and dignified colonial brick and stately white two-story homes.
