Chancellor's Ridge is a new community of 448 homesites in Southwest Durham County.  It is built in beatiful rolling countryside, but is only 5 minutes away from Streets at SouthPoint Mall, one of the state's top destination shopping mall areas.  It has large, mostly wooded lots in a quiet country setting.  

The subdivision is separated into two distinct communities:

• The Georgetown Collection is comprised of single family home from 1,900 to 2,800 sq. ft.
• The Americana Collection is comprised of larger homes, ranging from 3,000 to 3,500 sq. ft.

The neighborhood has a very nice clubhouse and swimming pool facility and an active home-owner's association.  The neighborhood also includes a walking/jogging/nature trail with a system that actually connects directly to The Streets at SouthPoint.
