Most of the homes are more than 2,000 square feet and begin in the $130,000 range, with some of the larger homes at the entrance of the neighborhood going for as much as $250,000. Part of the neighborhood reaches out into Cabarrus County to the east, while the rest juts up against Interstate 485 in north Charlotte.
While the majority of the homes are located in Charlotte, most residents go to the town of Harrisburg, located in Cabarrus County, for a source of recreation, shopping and dining. The quaint town has several parks with full amenities, home-style restaurants, and several grocery stores.
To the south is the University area where you will find a full range of shopping and dining, and just a short drive west is Concord Mills, an expansive mall that is the largest tourist attraction in North Carolina.
Coventry is also located just five minutes from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, home of several NASCAR races throughout the year.
