Delta Ridge is a subdivision built in 1999 just off Glenwood Ave, Hwy 70 very close to RDU International Airport and Rex Hospital.    There are 138 homes in the community, which also offers a very nice swim club and playground area for its residents.

Delta Ridge is a great for a first-time home buyer, and also for those seeking little-to-no yard work.  Lot sizes are 0.12 to 0.25 acres and average home size 1650 square feet. There are three basic styles of homes - small ranch, single garage 1.5 story, or two-car garage 1.5 story.

Streets are connected with sidewalks, and some roads offer rolling hills nicer for walking or jogging.  There is an active HOA with modest dues to cover maintenance of all common areas including the pool.  The subdivision is within Raleigh City Limits.  Schools serving the neighborhood are Stough Elementary, Leesville Middle and Leesville High.

Delta Ridge is convenient to shopping and restaurants of all kinds, and several parks are within a comfortable drive.  Access to I-440 is 10 minutes via Hwy 70 East; to I-540 also 10 minutes via Hwy 70 West making Delta Ridge an easy commute to all parts of Raleigh-Durham.
