Eastfield was built in the the 1990s on the northern side of Charlotte. Situated between Eastfield Road and Prosperity Church Road, the neighborhood offers reasonably priced homes in one of north Charlotte’s finest communities.

Homes start around $120,000 for  a 1,500 square foot home, and go up to $160,000 for a 2,000+ two-story, brick facade home. Most have garages, large trees and generous yards. Sidewalks and large streets offer plenty of room for kids to spread out or for late summer walks.

Eastfield Amenities

The development of the area has blossomed since the 1990s into one of Charlotte’s finest shopping districts. A short drive to the Prosperity Church Road area and you will find many grocery stores including Harris Teeter, Lowe’s and Trader Joe’s. There are also many different restaurants from chains to local eateries.

Eastfield residents also enjoy a close proximity to many golf courses, including some of the finest municipal and public courses in the Charlotte area. Mallard Creek Park is a quaint, smaller Charlotte park and is just a few minutes away.

Access to Interstate 485 and 77 is just a few minutes away, making this a great neighborhood for commuting to work in downtown Charlotte.
