Average home sizes in Ethans Glen hover around the 4300 sq ft mark, many feature basement or full third floor attic/finished areas.  All are custom with interesting exterior architectural features, and high-end interior finishing touches.  Prices range from the high $500s to the mid $800s.  

The community was established in 2003 with first homes selling in the mid $400s.  The Gates is the "sister" development of Ethans Glen, an extension of the original community that crosses Peed Rd and offers homes in the upper $800s to the $1.2 million range.
