Foxcroft is one of Charlotte’s most prestigious neighborhoods in one of the most desirable locations. Located between Providence, Sharon, Colony and Fairview roads, Foxcroft offers palatial homes with large, meticulously manicured yards, and most are in the privacy of a gated community. Homes start at $1 million, and go up to at least $3 million for some of the larger ones.

Foxcroft is well worth price. There are many unique styles, garages for several cars, and plenty of sidewalks and large trees which provide shade on an afternoon stroll, or a walk to the neighboring shopping district.
South Park Mall, located just a few blocks from the entrance of Foxcroft, has become one of the premier shopping malls in the south. Stores like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Macey’s offer the best in upscale shopping. There are also hundreds of smaller, distinctive boutiques in and around the mall.
In addition to shopping, South Park is home to some of the finest restaurants and bars in the Charlotte area, including Del Friscos, Ruth’s Chris, Zebra and McCormick and Schmicks.
If the nightlife is not your speed, the flagship Harris Teeter grocery store is located in South Park with the finest--and largest--selection of foods in the area. There is also a large public library, a movie theater and several coffee shops and bookstores.
A lot of major corporations are headquartered in South Park, and their CEOs probably live in Foxcroft. No other neighborhood in the area matches the world class amenities of South Park Mall.
