Grandale is a new subdivision in southwest Durham County featuring homes by national builder, Centex Homes. Grandale's homes are set in an area of the county which is growing fast, following the construction of the exciting mega mall, Streets of SouthPoint in 1999.  The setting is rural, with winding streets along Grandale Road. 

Grandale has an active homeowner's association.  Homesites range from 1/4th to 1/2 acre.  Most homes were built between 2005 and 2009.

Grandaile resides among a cluster of new home development, including neighborhoods such as Lakehurst, Fairfield, Chancellor's Ridge and Audobon Park.

The community is convenient to many points of interest in The Triangle.  It is 5 minutes from The Streets of SouthPoint mall.  It is 15 minutes from Research Triangle Park and 20 minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.  Glandale is 20 minutes from Duke University and The Duke University Medical Center.  It is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Durham, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the luxious, new Durham Performing Arts Center.  The RBC Center, home to The Carolina Hurricanes is only a 20 minute ride from Grandale.
