Green Valley Park, The Tanger Family Bicentennial Garden, and the Bog Garden are all easily walkable from most of the neighborhood. Green Valley Swim and Tennis Club is centrally located in the neighborhood. Guilford County School District offers many options for K-12 education. Faith based schools include the St. Pius X Catholic school and the American Hebrew Academy. Two hospitals are within a five minute drive and the Piedmont Triad International Airport is located just 13 minutes away.

Friendly Avenue, Benjamin Parkway, and Holden Road all offer easy access to numerous attractions as well as Downtown. I-40 with access to Raleigh-Durham, and I-73 are both easily accessible. Plenty of dining and retail options are available just minutes away at the Friendly Center Mall. Be sure and ask your new neighbors about the mysterious abandoned fairway located between the Green Valley and the Friendly Center.
