The community of Hunter Oaks has many amenities including two pools, tennis courts, a community clubhouse, well-lit sidewalks and a children's playground area. The homes for sale are nestled on better than average sized lots for the area. 

Hunter Oaks is a large community, which spans to both sides of Rea Road. There is easy access to I-485, I-77, Pineville, Waxhaw and Charlotte.  Shopping, airports, dining and entertainment are all within 25 miles or less.  One can enjoy the quality of life within a small town and yet not be to far from all the options available in the Queen City.
