Kingstree is located in one of the few rural areas left in the City of Charlotte. Set along Harrisburg Road in east Charlotte, the neighborhood features homes perfect for first time buyers and growing families.

Price points start in the low $100,000 range for a one story home with garage and large yard. However, there are plenty of options in the $175,000 range for a two-story, two car garage, 3,000 square foot home. The exteriors of the homes are vinyl siding and some have brick accents.

At the heart of the neighborhood is a clubhouse with pool and playsets for the kids. Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood allow for easy access to the pool or for late afternoon walks or jogs.

Kingstree is fortunate to be in an area with several large municipal parks. A walking/mountain bike trail circles the neighborhood, and there are several soccer pitches and basketball courts close by. CT Myers Golf Course is also just a mile away and offers some of the best golf rates in the entire Charlotte area. There is also a par-three practice course, excellent driving range, and a teaching professionals for the beginner or scratch golfer. Larkhaven, one of Charlotte’s oldest public golf courses is less than five miles away.

Less than a mile south is a Super Walmart, several grocery stores and plenty of dining options on the Albemarle Road corridor.
