North Hills is an established North Raleigh community of 600 homesites nestled between local schools, other residential communities, and the prestigious North Hills Mall shopping complex.  

Homes in this neighborhood were built in the mid-to-late 1960s and early 1970s.  They average 2200-2400 sq ft in size with lots 0.18 to 0.58 acres.  There are some homes that are being 'recycled' and updated, offering a charming mix of old and new along the tree-lined streets. Prices range from the lower $200s to the mid $600s.

There is no HOA and no common areas; the neighborhood is on city water and sewer.  Public schools that serve the community are Brooks Elementary, Daniels Middle, and Sanderson High School.  North Hills is minutes from North Hills Mall offering high-end shopping with five-star hotels and specialty restaurants.  

The community is located one mile north of I-440, creating easy access to all points east and west in Raleigh.  North Hills is 15 minutes from Cary, RTP and RDU are an easy commute, and the downtown Raleigh hopsitals are within 15 minutes.
