Old Stone Crossing is a new, yet very unique neighborhood situated near the intersection of Interstate 485 and Caldwell Road. There is no immediate access to the interstate, which cuts down on traffic. However, easy access is just five minutes away.

Old Stone Crossing has a variety of homes from single story with garage, to larger, two-story homes, to quaint two story homes with upstairs balconies that resembles the historic section of Charleston, S.C.

Recent homes for sale have gone from $220,000 to $400,000 for the larger brick and wood homes. While the neighborhood is not far from many parks and other amenities, Old Stone Crossing offers a lot just within the confines of the neighborhood.

There is a pool, a fitness center, and clubroom with fireplace for residents to enjoy. The pool area is adjacent to a park that connects to a nature preserve that surrounds Caldwell Creek. There are also tennis courts and a playground.

Just minutes away is the University area with a vast array of dining and shopping options including most of the big-box stores, take out restaurants and fine dining establishments. In the opposite direction is the town of Harrisburg with several parks and even more dining options.

Near the university is a long, city-owned greenway for biking, jogging and walking, and Reedy Creek Park, one of Charlotte’s largest, is just minutes away.
