Rachel' Keep is located just 15 minutes from downtown Greensboro via Wendover Avenue or Spring Garden Street. The local area offers various attractions and amenities including Wal-mart, Kmart, The Home Depot and many other dining and retail options at nearby Wendover Place Mall. High Point Road and I-40 offer access to the rest of The Triad, and I85 puts Raleigh-Duram just an hour a way.

Guilford County offers Pilot Elementary, Guilford Middle, and Western High schools. Various private and faith based schools are in the area. The University of  North Carolina Greensboro is 15 minutes away and High Point University is 20. The Piedmont Triad International Airport can be reached in 15 minutes.
