When the Raintree Country Club development was started in the 1970s, it was adjacent to the vast farmland in Union County. Today, the member-owned private club is set in the thriving South Charlotte area with a vast array of amenities in every direction.

With two golf courses, nine tennis courts, racquetball, a pool and several dining options, Raintree is the complete country club lifestyle attracting newcomers and long-time area residents to a unique South Charlotte experience. The homes are surrounded by tall trees, lakes and the golf courses.

You can find a range of home styles from late 1960s ranches to newer, larger homes that have been added in recent years. Prices start at $200,000 and go up to $550,000 and more.

While the neighborhood is tucked in a secluded area of South Charlotte, the amenities of the surrounding area are bountiful. The Arboretum Shopping Center is just a few blocks up Pineville-Matthews Road, and Pineville and Carolina Place Mall area are just minutes away.
