The Townhomes are priced from the $400s and boast brick exteriors with floor plans ranging from 2,300-4,500 square feet, 9- and 10-foot finished ceilings, hardwood floors with sound reducing sub-flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, first-floor master suites and finished attics, optional, personal elevators service all levels - from garage to attic (available in most plans), spacious patios and courtyards, private garages (rear loading in most plans). 

The Stacked Flats offer a big-city option for those who prefer single level floor plans.  Priced in the $290s they have 2 or 3 bedrooms, range1,150-2,000 square feet in size with 9-foot finished ceilings, hardwood floors and sound reducing sub-flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and reserved, and covered parking with elevator access.

The Garden Home Series is offering only 18 single family home sites, 3000 square feet on small lots which are maintained by the community for all residents.  Homes are custom built for each buyer, offer first-floor masters and are priced beginning in the $900s. Within walking distance to the conveniences of North Hills, Ramblewood is literally a stop sign away from the on ramp of I440 at Six Forks, providing  quick access to all areas of  Raleigh, Wake Forest, Durham , RTP and RDU International Airport.  Downtown Raleigh is 10 minutes by car.
