Stone Creek Ranch is one of South Charlotte’s more unique neighborhoods. Located off Ardrey Kell Road less than one mile from the intersection with Providence Road, the neighborhood features elegant brick homes, some with vinyl accents and two car garages, generous yards.

Homes start around $200,000 for a spacious 2,000 square foot home. However, there are also many selections in the $450,000 range that have nearly 4,000 square feet, gourmet kitchens, dual staircases, balconies and Jack and Jill closets in addition to many other distinctive touches.

A large pool, club house and play area for the kids is located at the back of the neighborhood. Stone Creek Ranch is also located near some of the Charlotte area’s best golf courses, including private courses such as Piper Glen, Carmel, Raintree and Providence Country Club, as well as public courses such as Charlotte Golf Links which is located adjacent to the community.

Polo Ridge Elementary School is located within walking distance of the neighborhood, and access to Interstate 485 is just a few minutes drive.

The neighborhood is near some of the best shopping in the Charlotte area, with dozens of grocery stores, restaurants, and large and small retail stores. The Promenade on Providence, located a few minutes away, has a Stein Mart, Home Depot and Golf Galaxy, while just a few minutes in the other direction you will find Stonecrest, with grocery stores, several restaurants and a movie theater.
