Homes in this neighborhood were predominantly built in the early 1990s and are on the smaller side, many with no or one-car garages. There are a few homes in it's lower street as you first enter the community that are much newer, larger in size and feature current-day archictectural trends.
On average, homes are just under 1500 square feet. Lot sizes vary from 0.26 to 0.55 acres, and with much smaller homes there are nice sized yards for residents to enjoy.
There is no HOA, but the neighborhood is within walking distance to shopping, parks, and other businesses in the Wake Forest downtown and historic districts. Schools serving this community are Wake Forest Elementary, Wake Forest Rolesville Middle, and Wake Forest Rolesville High.
FromTyler Run's main entrance, access to US Hwy 1 is under 3 minutes; Triangle Town Center Mall is 15 minutes south on US 1. RDU International Airport and the RTP area is 35 to 40 minutes via Hwy 98 West to I540. WakeMed North Hospital is approximately 15 minutes. Other shopping and businesses are comfortably close via North Falls of the Neuse Rd which leads into the North Raleigh areas.
