Thanks to the golf course built within the neighborhood, the community feels much larger than it's 127 homes. Built in the late 1980s, developers laid out an interesting mix of townhomes and single family homes with a wide variety of building styles on wooded lots sized 0.15 to 0.39 acres. Homes average in size at the 2800 sq foot mark. The style of homes are clustered within the neighborhood; townhomes are located in one specific area, and homes seem to mesh very well with their neighbors on every street.
The community is very well maintained. Amenities include access to membership at the golf course, a swimming pool and tennis courts. Public schools that serve the neighborhood are Leesville Road Elementary, Leesville Road Middle and Leesville Road High.
Wildwood Green is close to shopping of all kinds via Creedmoor Road and I540. RDU International and RTP business areas are within 20 minutes drive via I-540. There are numerous parks within 5 to 15 minutes, for those who love to hike or boat at Falls Lake. Downtown Raleigh is approximately 25 to 30 minutes by car.
